  • Payment must be completed at checkout through our secure payment gateways.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified after 24 hours of placing the order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer delivery across India, and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times range from 4 - 8 weeks after production is complete.
  • Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, transport issues) will be communicated to the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

Since all furniture is custom-made, we do not accept returns unless:

  • The item is damaged during shipping.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect that affects usability.
