At CustomFurniture.Store, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made furniture. Since our products are made to order, we have a strict return and refund policy to ensure fairness to both our customers and our artisans.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as production begins immediately.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Since all our furniture is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The product is damaged during shipping.
- The product has a manufacturing defect that makes it unusable.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the Return Process below.
3. Return Process (for Damaged or Defective Products Only)
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Notify Us Within 48 Hours
- Email us at [office@customfurniture.store] with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue.

Assessment & Approval
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or repair.

Return or Repair Process
- If the damage is minor, we may offer a repair service instead of a return.
- If the damage is irreparable, we will arrange for pickup and replacement at no extra cost.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable if a replacement or repair is not possible.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made furniture (unless damaged/defective).
- Items damaged due to improper use, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
- Minor variations in color, texture, and wood grain, as these are natural characteristics of solid wood.
