Return & Refund Policy

At CustomFurniture.Store, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made furniture. Since our products are made to order, we have a strict return and refund policy to ensure fairness to both our customers and our artisans.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as production begins immediately.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Since all our furniture is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product is damaged during shipping.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect that makes it unusable.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the Return Process below.


3. Return Process (for Damaged or Defective Products Only)

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify Us Within 48 Hours

    • Email us at [office@customfurniture.store] with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Assessment & Approval

    • Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or repair.
  3. Return or Repair Process

    • If the damage is minor, we may offer a repair service instead of a return.
    • If the damage is irreparable, we will arrange for pickup and replacement at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable if a replacement or repair is not possible.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made furniture (unless damaged/defective).
  • Items damaged due to improper use, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, and wood grain, as these are natural characteristics of solid wood.
